Our role:

• Team Appointments & Selection: Leading the selection of teams for design, construction, and planning.

• Project Mobilisation: Overseeing construction, reviewing changes, and managing mobilisation efforts for the development.

• Planning & Legal Oversight: Handling all planning approvals, legal arrangements, and statutory requirements.

• Client & Tenant Engagement: Setting up leasing strategies and operational protocols for client and tenant engagement, ensuring smooth commercial and operational operations from day one.
