Located in London’s prestigious Mayfair, 36-38 Berkeley Square is a landmark development that will set a new standard for luxury office and retail space. The project, a collaboration by Northacre with Astrea Asset Management, will deliver 136,000 sqft of GIA, including 83,000 sqft of office space across eight floors and 7,000 sqft of retail, with stunning rooftop gardens.
Designed by Piercy & Co. Architects, the building combines a hybrid steel and timber frame with a Portland stone and concrete façade, creating a modern, sustainable landmark in the heart of Mayfair, marking the project as one of the most environmentally advanced commercial buildings in London.
Our Role:
The team from Chreia performed Project Development Management for the former Northacre partner BEAM from Stage 0 to Contract.
Sourcing the Design Team: Leading a competitive design process to secure the best talent for the project.
Shaping Strategy: Developing the overall delivery strategy together with the partnering team. With a focus on cost management, cash flow control, and procurement.
Project Oversight: Managing key relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution.
The scheme is set to complete in Early 2025, and been pre-let to Chanel to become the fashion brand’s global headquarters.
