This redevelopment involved the demolition of two turn-of-the-century buildings while preserving and enhancing the iconic façade. Through careful design, the building’s massing was extended without compromising the original architecture, resulting in a striking super-prime commercial space in the heart of central London.

Designed by world-renowned architect Eric Parry, the project seamlessly blends facade retention with a completely reworked internal structure, creating a modern workspace that honours its historic roots. The result is a high-end commercial building offering unrivaled views of one of London’s most prestigious squares.
