Behind the Vision
Carlos is a Chartered Project Manager with a degree in Civil Engineering, a Masters In Construction Management and over 14 years of experience in development and construction. Delivering transformative real estate projects across the UK and Europe. Before founding Chreia, he was the development lead at Northacre, where he oversaw all aspects of development strategy, guiding projects seamlessly from inception through to completion, handover, and exit.
Throughout his career, Carlos has worked with some of the most prominent organisations in the industry, including British Land, Google, Barclays, BEAM, Marriott and The Mercers’ Company. His portfolio includes a diverse range of high-profile projects, such as a £1 billion mixed-use redevelopment in St James’s, super prime commercial office projects in Mayfair, mixed-use developments in Covent Garden, and prestigious commercial schemes in St. James’s Square. His expertise extends beyond development management to project consulting on landmark ventures, including Google’s new HQ, the redevelopment of 57 White Hall, and King’s College London’s Strand Campus.
Carlos has also provided strategic consulting on European projects for global construction firms such as BAM, showcasing his ability to navigate complex international ventures. Most recently, he led the development management for The Broadway, a landmark £1b mixed-use development in Westminster, cementing his reputation for delivering exceptional, high-value projects.
At Chreia, Carlos combines his deep industry knowledge, strategic vision, and hands-on experience to help clients and partners realise their development ambitions while creating meaningful, lasting spaces.
